About the Coretex Consultancy
Coretex International Limited (Coretex) was created following a management buy-out of the Real Estate and Facilities Management (FM) consulting and training division of Strategic Direction (Est 1991) in 2007. In 2008 Coretex merged with Landmark FMC, a Facilities Management Consultancy. We are a multi-disciplined consulting and organisation development company, as well as an FM Consultancy.
The Consultancy operates out of the UK and works globally. Our business language is English and we have Consultants that are fluent in other languages.
We work with our clients to help them create high performing Real Estate and Facilities Management organisations that better serve, and add value to, their clients. Our core consultancy services are Strategy, Change Management and Performance Management.
Our Consultancy works with two distinct client types;
- Occupier clients
- Real Estate and Facilities Management consultancies and supplier organisations
The business and technical expertise of our Consultants enables us to support clients across the full scope of Real Estate and Facility Management. We provide professional development for our Consultants to hone their analytical, strategic thinking, coaching and mentoring skills, sharing industry best practice from engagements.
Our experience and processes are also used by clients to support, solve problems and improve performance in their key service departments; logistics, IT, HR, Procurement and Finance.
