Ensuring that you have an effective and efficient mode of operation within Facilities Management (FM) has come into sharp focus in this current lean financial climate. Performing with lean resources is essential. In Q1 2009 we asked ourselves - how can we best help organisations find ways to perform better within FM in these challenging times?
We, as a Consultancy, wanted a Performance Management tool that allows for a better business understanding with the ultimate objective of seeking ways to improve performance within FM. The fmPROFILE® tool does this. You carry out an initial assessment to identify the maturity of your current FM performance management system and this helps you identify areas for improvement and potentially enhance your capabilities and performance.
The fmPROFILE® online self assessment is a facility licensed to Coretex International by SYNERGIS, and allows any organisation to assess their FM function against perceived best practice, whether delivered in-house or out sourced.
This initial assessment process is a condensed version of the fmPROFILE® tool consisting of only 3 multiple choice questions in each of the 10 performance areas - 30 questions. We invite you to take the online FM assessment, which should only take about 20 minutes. There is no charge for carrying out this assessment and all results are held in strictest confidence.
To access the questionnaire, click the link below. This link will take you through to SYNERGIS and once you have gone through the online FM assessment process, you will receive an individual report and will return to the Coretex website.
Once you have completed the questionnaire and have your report, what next?
